  1. Acceptance of Terms
  • These Terms govern your access and use of Lev Global’s website and services.
  • By using the site, booking an appointment, or engaging with any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
  • If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services or website.
  1. Our Services
  • Lev Global provides in-home healthcare services, general medical consultations, physiotherapy, nursing care, lab test sample collection, and related health services.
  • All services are subject to availability, clinical eligibility, and geographic coverage.
  • Services provided are non-transferable and intended for the individual named in the booking only.
  • Lev Global does not provide emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, call 999 or go to the nearest hospital.
  1. Appointments & Scheduling
  • Bookings can be made via website, phone, WhatsApp, or approved third-party platforms.
  • Clients must provide accurate personal and medical information during booking.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled by Lev Global due to emergencies, staff unavailability, or safety issues.
  • Clients must be available at the scheduled time and location; delays beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation.
  1. Payments
  • All services must be paid in full before or at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and eligible insurance coverage.
  • Prices are in AED and subject to VAT if applicable.
  • Services are non-refundable once rendered.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
  • If Lev Global cancels the appointment, we will offer a refund or reschedule the service.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
  1. Insurance
  • Clients are responsible for confirming insurance coverage eligibility prior to booking.
  • Lev Global is not responsible for insurance claim rejections.
  • If coverage is denied, the client must pay the full service amount.
  1. Client Responsibilities & Conduct
  • Clients must ensure a safe and respectful environment for medical staff.
  • Any form of misconduct or inappropriate behavior will result in service termination.
  • Clients must follow all medical guidance and inform us of relevant health changes.
  1. Use of the Website
  • The website is for general informational purposes and not a substitute for medical advice.
  • You may not hack, disrupt, or misuse any part of the site.
  • All content is the property of Lev Global. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Lev Global is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or traffic.
  • We are not liable for medical issues arising from misinformation provided by clients.
  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from service use.

  • All website content is the intellectual property of Lev Global or its licensors.
  • Use, duplication, or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Lev Global may revise these terms at any time without prior notice.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

  7. Dispute Resolution Clause (optional):
    “In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.”
  8. Amendment Notice Period:
    Currently, terms can be revised at any time without prior notice, which is not fair to users.

 

Better wording: “Lev Global reserves the right to revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email at least 7 days before they take effect.”
